Responsibilities: • Work with sales teams and clients to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners • Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Experience in sales or customer service • Knowledge of CRM systems • Knowledge of product development and product lifecycle management • Knowledge of sales process and techniques • Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and develop solutions • Ability to build strong customer relationships • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
